Class Description: Play and Socialization for Puppies

Your puppy needs play. Socializing with other puppies is key to her canine development and behavioral health. It’s also great exercise and stimulation, which keeps her healthy both mentally and physically. Playing with other puppies builds confidence and resilience, and teaches her good body language around other dogs and humans. Best of all, you’ll go home with a happy, tired dog ready to snooze at your feet.

Playgroup is for puppies who have not demonstrated reactivity or aggression with other dogs; if you have any questions about whether your puppy is suitable, talk with one of our trainers.

Every puppy playgroup is supervised by a training instructor. Owners should remain in the room during the entire class.

• Your puppy will be more relaxed around new people and dogs

• Your puppy can develop or keep great social skills and play language

• Your puppy will be tired and relaxed after a great hour of play, and a tired puppy is a good puppy.

Who is this class for?

Puppies of all breeds, ten weeks and older.

What prerequisites does this class have?

All dogs must be current on vaccinations and have a clear fecal before the first class. Please bring your current documentation of your dog’s vaccination to the first class.

Price is $5/dog for 1 hour OR $20/pass (plus tax).
